Products & Digital Download Policy
Hog Country Designs offers both digital and physical products. Digital products are digital downloads only — no physical item will be shipped for digital purchases. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final; please review your purchase carefully before completing checkout. Files purchased for download are licensed for personal and commercial use (you may use designs on physical goods you produce and sell), but you may not resell, redistribute, share, or give away the digital files themselves in their original or modified file form.
Intellectual Property & Licensing
All designs, SVGs, PNGs, JPGs, and other digital artwork available from Hog Country Designs remain the intellectual property of Hog Country Designs. When you purchase a design you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design under the permitted usage terms above. You do not acquire ownership of the original artwork and may not claim the design as your own. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use outside of the granted license requires my prior written consent.
Purchases, Physical Items & Support
Digital files are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. Because digital files are delivered instantly, refunds for digital downloads are not provided except in cases of demonstrable delivery or file corruption issues; contact me if you experience download problems and I will help resolve them. Physical products (when offered) will be shipped and are subject to the shipping, returns, and exchange policy displayed on the site — contact me with any issues related to physical orders so I can assist. All purchases are processed securely through the website or approved third-party payment processors.
