What happens if I lose my downloaded files?

It’s the customer’s responsibility to keep a backup of all downloaded files once received. However, I understand things happen — if you lose your files, contact me with proof of purchase (such as your order number or email receipt), and I’ll be glad to help if possible.

In certain situations, old files are discontinued and removed even from my backups and at that point there will be nothing that can be done. So please, make backups of your downloads.
